Year 10 Work Experience
Work experience provides our Year 10 students with a valuable opportunity to explore the world of work, develop essential employability skills and gain an insight into future career pathways. Through a one-week placement with an employer, students can experience a working environment first-hand, build confidence and begin to understand the skills, qualities and qualifications that are needed for different careers. Students are encouraged to take ownership of finding a placement that interests them and links to their future aspirations. To support students and parents/carers throughout the process, we have provided a range of resources, guidance and useful information below. Please use the resources on this page to help you navigate the work experience process. Students will also receive further support through tutor time, including reminders and guidance on using Unifrog, alongside drop-in sessions with Miss Giles.
