By the end of Year 11 you will:
– Had a 1-1 Careers Guidance session with our Careers Adviser.
– Attended a Drop Down Day to learn more about your post-16 choices.

– Received regular labour market information through tutor time.
– Received subject related careers education through your individual subjects.
By the end of Year 12 you will:
– Had the opportunity to attend a UCAS Convention in order to learn more about your post-18 choices.

Careers Lead & Careers Adviser
At Ferndown Upper School you have a dedicated Careers Lead and Careers Adviser. Miss Giles is available for all Career related learning support that you may require. This can be helping with writing your first CV, information on local colleges and universities or to talk about your option choices.
