This page seeks to outline some of the Careers education resources that are available to you and or your child.

UCAS is an independent charity providing information, advice and admissions services. They help students to figure out what the next step in their education might be and support them when they take this step.

Southern Universities Network

The Southern Universities Network (SUN) is a collaborative partnership comprising HE providers in Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. SUN provides outreach activities for schools and colleges as part of Uni Connect – an office for Students (OfS)-funded project.

The central government dedicated Apprenticeship website has a range of information to help young people decide if Apprenticeships are the right route for them. This website can also be used to search for Apprenticeship vacancies.

The National Careers Service
The National Careers Service provides information, advice and guidance to help you to make decisions on learning, training and work opportunities. This service also offers confidential and impartial advice.

The Icould website has a range of video clips showing real people talking about their jobs and careers as well as a personality quiz to align your personality type to different careers.

The FutureLearn website runs courses to help students to identify their strengths and how to use their time at university to explore career options and prepare for future job roles.
