Admissions

Ferndown Upper School’s admissions are handled by Dorset Council.

There are two ways to join Ferndown Upper School:

• Through the normal admissions route for a September of Y9 start
• An in-year transfer at all other times of the year.

Normal admissions round applications should be made through Dorset Council and their web pages, as should in year applications, however for an in year application parents and carers may contact Donna Mitchell, the school’s Office Manager, to discuss your options or to arrange a tour of the school.
