Teacher for BTEC Engineering Level 3 Certificate in
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
(Salary will be negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience)
We require for September 2019:
A person is required to teach a 0.6 contract over three to four days. This will involve three days of teaching from 8.30 – 1.10 on a Monday, Tuesday, and till 2.40 on a Wednesday. We are looking for someone who has a background in the skills required to lead and guide aspiring engineering apprentices and who has the ability to deliver successfully a Level 3 BTEC programme for Engineering students. Ideally, candidates will have one or two of the following:
- Experience of delivering Level 3 BTEC
- Experience of leading Engineering Apprentices
The successful candidate does not necessarily require QTS but should have extensive experience in an engineering setting. You will get the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Head of Design & Technology. We are looking to develop this role over coming years. Salary will be negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.
